PHYSICAL AFFECTION: PLEASE. The girl needs it. Mel is slow to warm up but may eventually do so depending on CR and/or Imprinting.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Hell yeah, go for it.
RELATIONSHIPS: Platonic relationships, absolutely. Ride-or-die's? Hell yes. Non-sexual physical intimacy that may or may not be messy? Sure (with OOC communication)! Currently in Karteria, Mel is in an "It's Complicated" relationship with Jayce and so won't be seeking romantic or sexual entanglements outside of him at this time. (However, on an OOC level, I ship everything in private and would happily do a PSL.)
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Mel's not capable of these things but does have...Empathy powers? (Arcane pls explain) So while she can't read minds, she can see the shape of people for who they are, see partially past illusions, and has a general overall pulse on people's feelings to reflect them back. Feel free to opt out of these, I am very chill. USING those sorts of psychic powers on her will result in some kind of negative CR unless ICly talked about, so there's that.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Mel has cool light-coded powers. I have more info on her journal. She is still very wary about talking about it with most people but so long as it's met with understanding and curiosity, she tends to be more open about it.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
VISUAL: Mel is tall, about 5'8". She has curly hair that she pulls into an up-do usually, but recent canon has her hair in long braids, twisted back into a loop. She has golden tattoos that accent her face and her body, and she often wears dresses, but is currently sporting a body suit and a white draped cloak around herself. 1 2 3
AURAL: Mel has a British accent, and she usually speaks in polite and friendly tones (being the politician she is).
OLFACTORY: As someone who prides herself in keeping herself together (emotionally and physically), Mel always smells clean, lightly perfumed to be memorable but not with overwhelming scents that may upset people. Think very light florals.
DEMEANOUR: Calm, collected, and polite to strangers, with surface-level warmth to workers or someone in a position to help her. She can come across as aloof because she is not an emotionally open person but will go out of her way to do favors to others to know more about them and to ingratiate herself without embarrassing herself or losing face. To people she cares for, she is much warmer, and will add in small physical touches to people she truly trusts. To enemies, she is cold, distant, and calculating in her demeanor, and may seem exasperated. And then this can swing quickly towards cutting words or even a haughty kind of sarcasm if pressed far enough.
